Order processing All products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, production begins within 2-5 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after production has started.
Shipping times Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Customs & import duties For orders outside the European Union, customs fees and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@champagain.shop. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Wrong address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Champ Again is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
